Generate a single post
You’ll generate one post on a topic of your choice, right now, without creating a campaign. This is the quickest way to get a time-sensitive article out, to test your setup, or to see what Structura produces before you automate anything.
Single posts run through the same engine as campaigns — the same persona, SEO grounding, and image generation — but nothing is scheduled and nothing repeats. If you want posts on autopilot, set up a campaign instead.
Before you start
- An AI provider is connected (or your plan includes managed AI).
- You have at least one persona. If the button is disabled, the tooltip tells you what’s missing.
Steps
- In WordPress admin, open Structura and click Generate Post in the Dashboard header. In the customer portal, open your site and choose Generate post.
- Describe what the post should be about (at least 20 characters). The optional Generate post strategy button drafts the topic and picks a Writing approach for you.
- (Optional, paid plans) Attach Research material — up to 5 files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD or HTML, up to 10 MB each), such as reports, briefs, or interview notes. Structura reads each file as you add it and grounds the post in what it finds. Very long documents are read partially — the row under the file tells you how much (for example, “using the first ~8 pages”).
- (Optional, paid plans) Pick a Focus keyphrase and Authority sources under SEO Targeting.
- Review AI & Persona (provider, quality, persona, language, post length) and Content Options (images, disclosure), then click Generate Now.
- Watch the run’s progress timeline. Generation usually takes 4–5 minutes.
What happens next
- Publish immediately posts go live as soon as the run succeeds; Save as draft posts wait for your review.
- The run page links to the finished post, and Run again repeats the generation with the same inputs — including your attached research files.
- Attached files stay available to Run again for about 90 days. If a file has expired, the run simply continues without it and notes that in the run log.
Common issues
- “We couldn’t read this file.” The file may be corrupt or a scanned/image-only PDF. Export a text-based version and re-attach it.
- The Research material section shows an upgrade prompt. Research attachments are available on paid plans.
- The post ignored my document. Structura uses attachments as source material, not as a script — it draws facts and positioning from them where relevant. If the document matters more than the topic description suggests, mention its angle in the topic itself.
