Agency — managing multiple sites
The Agency plan’s dedicated multi-site management surface is in active development. This page is a placeholder — once the surface ships, bulk workflows, per-site scoping, client-handoff, and consolidated billing will be documented here.
What works today
Even without a dedicated agency surface, you can already operate multiple sites on the Agency plan using the existing primitives:
- One license, many activations. The Agency plan includes a pool of site activations. Each WordPress site activates the Structura plugin against the same license key. See License keys & site activations.
- Per-site channel connections. Channels are scoped to each activation, so different client sites can have different LinkedIn / Slack / Discord destinations without cross-posting.
- One Stripe bill. Billing is by license, not per site — one invoice a month regardless of how many sites you run.
What’s coming
Planned additions to the Agency surface (no firm date yet):
- Consolidated Channels view — see every channel connected across every site on one page.
- Consolidated Logs — filter System Logs across all sites.
- Bulk operations — connect a channel to every site at once, apply a setting globally.
- Client handoff — transfer a single site activation to a different license owner without losing data.
- Sub-accounts — give teammates or clients scoped access to specific sites.
In the meantime
If you’re running Structura for multiple clients today:
- Use the portal’s Site activations page as your roster.
- Use each site’s wp-admin for site-specific work (campaigns, channels, logs).
- Document per-site settings in your own system (spreadsheet, Notion, etc.) until the consolidated views ship.
Feedback wanted
The agency surface’s shape is being driven by what agencies actually do. If you run Structura for multiple clients, the fastest way to move specific features up the queue is to tell us about your workflow. See Contact support.
