Signing in at app.structurawp.com
The Structura portal at app.structurawp.com is where you manage your account, subscription, and channel connections across every site you run. You get a portal account the moment you purchase a plan — or, for the free tier, as soon as you register.
Everything inside wp-admin is also a site-level view of the same data — so if you’re only managing one site, you can stay in wp-admin for most things. The portal is where per-license and cross-site actions live.
What you do in the portal
- Manage your subscription — plan, billing, invoices.
- Manage channel connections — the Channels Store and its install flows mirror wp-admin but are also accessible here.
- Manage site activations — see which WordPress sites are using your license, deactivate unused ones.
- Update profile details — name, email, notification preferences.
Sign in
- Go to app.structurawp.com .
- Choose a sign-in method:
- Email + password — the credentials you used when registering or purchasing.
- Sign in with Google — if you registered via Google, use the same Google account.
- Click Sign in.
If you already had a session, you’ll be signed in automatically.
First time here?
If you just purchased a plan, Structura creates your account from the email you used at checkout. You’ll receive a “Welcome to Structura” email with a set-password link — follow it to set a password, then sign in normally.
If that email hasn’t arrived after a few minutes:
- Check spam/promotions.
- Confirm the email address on your Stripe receipt matches what you intended.
- See I can’t log in.
Password reset
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Check your inbox for the reset email. Click the link.
- Set a new password and sign in.
If the reset email doesn’t arrive, confirm your account email — it’s possible your account was registered under a different address.
Sign out
Your avatar is in the top-right of every portal page. Click it → Sign out.
Signing out of the portal does not sign you out of WordPress. They are separate sessions.
Two accounts, one person
The portal account and your WordPress login are distinct by design:
- Portal account — identifies you across however many sites you run Structura on. Billing, profile, channels.
- WordPress admin — identifies you on this site. Creating campaigns, reviewing posts, seeing logs.
They’re linked by your license key. Each WordPress site’s Structura plugin activates against the portal using the key, binding site → license → account.
