Dashboard tour

The Overview dashboard is Structura’s daily landing page — a single screen showing what’s been published, what’s in the queue, and what’s happening right now. Two minutes once a day here is usually enough to keep a healthy Structura running well.

Open Structura → Overview in wp-admin.

At the top

Page title: “Overview.” The subtitle reads: “Your content at a glance.”

Two buttons in the top-right:

The stat tiles

Four counters showing recent activity:

  • Posts Created — posts Structura has generated on this site, total.
  • Images Generated — images Structura has generated, total.
  • Intelligence Usage — only shown if you’re on a paid plan, displays this month’s AI-provider spend as a progress bar against your plan’s included quota.
  • Active Queue — how many generations are currently in flight (being written, being image-generated, or in the final publishing step).

The first three are cumulative over your whole site history. Active Queue is a live count — it goes up when a scheduled run starts and down when it completes.

Recent Blueprints

A list of recent campaigns with their status, schedule, and quick actions. Each card shows:

  • Campaign name and status badge (Active, Paused, Completed).
  • Meta row: provider · model · persona · schedule · mode.
  • Stats footer: published count · next-run time · mode · ongoing or end date.
  • A progress bar if the campaign has a quota cap.

A Hide completed (N) toggle hides finished campaigns. Click a card to jump to the campaign’s detail view.

Architectural Logs

A condensed view of recent entries from System Logs — Structura’s activity feed. You’ll see the last handful of steps across all campaigns, useful for spotting if something’s gone wrong recently. For the full log with filtering and search, click through to Reading the Logs page.

A daily rhythm

Most sites find a rhythm like this works well:

  1. Morning: open Overview. Glance at Active Queue. If any campaign is stuck, dig in.
  2. Check Recent Blueprints for next-run times. If you need to adjust a rhythm or pause something, do it here.
  3. Check Architectural Logs for any red entries. Red = errors.
  4. If there are drafts to review (set via campaign settings), head to WP Admin → Posts → Drafts and work through them.

A full daily check takes under 5 minutes on a healthy site.

When to look deeper

Head elsewhere in Structura if you see:

  • Active Queue stuck at a high number. Something’s wrong with the generation pipeline. Open System Logs and look for recent errors. See Understanding log steps & levels.
  • Intelligence Usage at 100%. You’ve hit your month’s AI quota. Either upgrade, pause the campaign, or wait for the month to roll over.
  • No posts recently. Campaigns paused? Rhythm set too long? AI provider disconnected? Open Campaigns to check.
