What is Structura?
Structura is a content automation system that lives inside your WordPress admin. It plans what to write, writes it, generates images, publishes on a schedule, and pushes the same content out to platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, and Discord — without you ever leaving wp-admin.
The rest of this page explains what that looks like in practice, what the moving parts are called, and what you should expect by the end of your first week.
The big idea
Running a content program is repetitive work. You pick a topic, research keywords, write a draft, source an image, format it, publish it, then announce it somewhere. Structura does the repetitive parts for you — but keeps you in the driver’s seat on the parts that matter: your voice, your strategy, and your final approval.
You set up a campaign once. It captures who you write for (a persona), what you write about (target keywords and authority sources), how often you post (a schedule), and which AI model does the writing (an AI provider). From then on, Structura produces posts that match the plan. You review each one; Structura publishes it.
What you get in wp-admin
After you install the plugin, you’ll see a new Structura menu in WordPress admin with these pages:
- Overview — a dashboard showing posts created, images generated, active campaigns, and recent activity.
- Campaigns — set up and manage the content strategies that produce posts.
- Social Architects — Structura’s name for personas: the tone-of-voice profiles your posts are written in.
- AI Engine — connect the AI providers Structura uses to write posts and generate images.
- Channels — the Store, your Connections, and the Activity feed for posts that have fanned out to external platforms.
- System Logs — a timeline of everything Structura has done, so you can check why something did or didn’t happen.
- Settings — global controls like log retention and what happens to your data if you uninstall.
Every one of these screens gets its own docs page under Using Structura.
What you get outside WordPress
Structura also has a web portal at app.structurawp.com. That’s where your billing, license keys, invoices, and subscription live. You don’t need to visit it day-to-day — it exists so you can manage plan changes and downloads without touching the plugin.

Who Structura is for
Site owners and solo bloggers who want to publish consistently but don’t have time to write every post themselves. Structura gives them a way to publish two, five, or ten posts a week without hiring a writer.
Small businesses and marketing teams who know what they want their blog to accomplish — leads, SEO, authority — but can’t commit a person to producing content at the volume it’d take to matter.
Marketing agencies running client sites. The Agency plan covers multiple WordPress sites under one license, with seat management in the portal.
It’s not for you if you need every post personally crafted by a human writer, or if your content strategy depends on breaking-news turnaround times that would beat any automation.
What to expect in week one
After you finish Get Started, you will have:
- An activated license connected to your WordPress site.
- A connected AI provider (either your own API key or Structura Cloud).
- One active campaign that’s already produced its first draft or published its first post.
- Optionally, one or two channel connections (LinkedIn, Slack, Discord).
Weeks two and onwards, the system runs itself. You’ll come back to wp-admin to review drafts, tweak a persona, look at the Logs page to check a run, or add a new campaign. Most of the daily operation happens in the background.
