Downloading invoices

Every Structura charge has a matching invoice. You can download any invoice from the portal as a PDF — suitable for bookkeeping, expense claims, or forwarding to whoever handles your business’s finances.

Where to find invoices

  1. Sign in to app.structurawp.com .
  2. Click your avatar → Subscription (or Billing).
  3. Open the Invoices tab.

You’ll see a table of every billing event on your account.

What each row shows

  • Date — when the charge was made (or refunded).
  • Description — plan renewal, upgrade proration, refund, etc.
  • Amount — what was charged (or credited).
  • Status — Paid, Failed, Refunded, Pending.
  • Invoice — a Download PDF link.

Click Download PDF to get the invoice as a standalone file.

What the PDF contains

Each invoice PDF includes:

  • Your name and billing address (as currently configured).
  • The Structura business entity’s address and tax ID.
  • Line items (plan, period covered, pro-rations).
  • VAT / sales tax breakdown (where applicable).
  • Total charged.
  • Payment method (card last four digits).
  • Invoice number and date.

This is a finished invoice, not a receipt — accountants and expense tools accept it directly.

If an invoice is missing

It usually takes a few minutes between a successful charge and the invoice appearing. If it’s been more than an hour and the row still shows “Pending” without a download link:

  • Refresh the Invoices page.
  • Check that the charge actually succeeded (the Subscription page would flag a failure).
  • Contact support with the approximate date and amount.

Forwarding to your accountant

Two options:

  • Download and forward — download the PDF and email/upload to your accountant. Most common.
  • Email-on-invoice — if you want every new invoice emailed to a specific address automatically, set that address in your Billing email field on the Subscription page’s Edit billing details form.

Changing billing details that appear on invoices

Edit the billing name, billing email, billing address, and (where required) VAT / tax ID from Subscription → Edit billing details. Changes affect future invoices only; past invoices are immutable once issued, per standard accounting practice.

If a past invoice has an error you need fixed for filing, contact support — we can reissue in specific cases (wrong VAT ID, wrong entity name) but not routinely.

Refunds

Refunds show up as a separate row in the Invoices table, with a negative amount and Refunded status. The original charge invoice still exists; the refund is a distinct document.

For refund requests, see Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling.
