Your profile

Your profile is where your account identity lives — name, email, password, notification preferences. You manage it from the Structura portal at app.structurawp.com .

Get to the profile page

  1. Sign in to the portal.
  2. Click your avatar in the top-right.
  3. Choose Profile (or Account settings — same page).

What’s on the page

Basic details

  • Full name — shown in the portal header and on invoices.
  • Email address — used for sign-in, password resets, and account notifications.
  • Profile picture — pulled from Gravatar if one exists for your email; otherwise you can upload a custom avatar.

Click Save after any edit. A success toast confirms.

Changing your email

Changing the email on the account has a small verification step so we don’t lock you out:

  1. Edit the Email field to the new address.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Structura sends a confirmation link to the new address.
  4. Click the link from the new inbox. Once you do, the email change takes effect. The old address stops working for sign-in.

If you don’t have access to both addresses, contact support — we can help verify identity another way.

Changing your password

  1. On the profile page, click Change password.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter the new password twice.
  4. Click Save.

You’ll stay signed in on the current session; other sessions may need to sign in again.

If you signed up via Google SSO, you won’t see a password field — your identity is tied to your Google account. To switch to email + password sign-in, contact support.

Notification preferences

Structura sends a small number of email notifications:

  • Billing — renewal reminders, failed payment, receipts. Always on.
  • Security — password changes, new sign-in location. Always on.
  • Product — new integrations, release notes. Toggle this off if you don’t want them.

Deleting your account

You can close your account yourself from the Danger Zone at the bottom of your account page: click Delete Account and confirm.

Before you start

Deletion is blocked until you’ve wound down two things — you’ll see a message explaining which one is in the way:

  1. Cancel any active subscription. While a paid subscription is live, account deletion is refused so you don’t lose billing access mid-cycle. Cancel it first — see Upgrading, downgrading, cancelling.
  2. Remove everyone else from your workspace. If your workspace still has other members, deletion is refused. Remove each member (or transfer ownership to one of them) before deleting your account.

What happens next

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your workspace and everything in it (campaigns, connected channels and their stored credentials, site activations), and your license keys. It also removes you from any other workspace you’d been invited to. This is permanent and can’t be undone.

Published WordPress posts on your sites are unaffected — they live in your WordPress database, which we don’t touch.
