Redeeming an AppSumo code

Your AppSumo code turns a Structura account into a lifetime plan — one code unlocks one site. Redemption happens on the Structura portal, not on AppSumo, so you’ll create (or sign in to) a Structura account first.

Before you start

  • The code from your AppSumo purchase. It looks like STRUCTURA-XXXXXXXXXXXX.
  • An email address for your Structura account. Any address works — it doesn’t have to match the one you used on AppSumo.

The lifetime plan is bring your own key (BYOK): you connect your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude API key and pay that provider directly for what you generate. See BYOK vs Cloud — which to pick.

Steps

  1. Go to app.structurawp.com/redeem .
  2. If you’re not signed in yet, you’ll land on the sign-in screen first. Create your account there — you’ll come straight back to the redemption page afterwards, with your code still filled in if you arrived via a link.
  3. Paste your code into AppSumo code.
  4. Click Activate.

What happens next

Your account switches to the lifetime plan immediately. You get:

  • One site per code (a WordPress site or a headless site via the Delivery API).
  • Channels — automated distribution — included from the first code.
  • No renewal date. Nothing to cancel.

From the success screen, click Connect your first site to install the plugin and activate it, or see License keys & site activations.

You’ll also get a confirmation email.

Stacking extra codes

Bought more than one code? Redeem them one at a time — each extra code adds one more site to the same account.

  1. Go to Billing in the portal.
  2. Click Redeem a code in the AppSumo panel.
  3. Paste the next code and click Activate.

Common issues

“We don’t recognize that code.” Check for typos. Codes never contain the letters O, I, or L, or the digits 0 and 1 — those are excluded precisely because they’re easy to misread. Capitalization and spaces don’t matter.

“This code has already been redeemed on another account.” The code was used on a different Structura account. If that wasn’t you, contact support with your AppSumo order number.

“This code was refunded and is no longer valid.” The purchase was refunded through AppSumo, which retires the code permanently.

“You already have a paid subscription.” Lifetime codes can’t be combined with an active Stripe subscription — the two would fight over your plan. Contact support and we’ll sort out the switch.

“Too many attempts.” Redemption is rate-limited per account. Wait the number of seconds shown and try again; nothing has been used up.
