Downloading invoices

Every Structura charge has a matching invoice. You can open any invoice from the customer portal and download it as a PDF — suitable for bookkeeping, expense claims, or forwarding to whoever handles your business’s finances.

Where to find invoices

  1. Sign in to app.structurawp.com .
  2. Choose Billing in the sidebar. Check that the workspace selected in the portal header is the one you’re looking for: each workspace has its own subscription and invoices.
  3. Scroll to Invoice history.

Owners and admins of the workspace can see invoices; editors and viewers can’t open Billing.

What each row shows

Invoices are listed newest first:

  • Invoice / date — the invoice number and the date it was issued.
  • Amount — the invoice total, in your billing currency.
  • Status — Paid, Open (not paid yet), Void, Uncollectible or Draft.
  • View — opens the invoice on Stripe.

On a phone, each invoice takes two lines: number and date first, then amount and status.

Load more invoices at the bottom goes further back. If the list can’t be loaded, the section says so and offers Try again; it never shows an empty history in that case. A subscription with no invoices yet shows “No invoices yet. Your invoices will appear here when issued.”

Downloading the PDF

  1. Click View on the invoice’s row. Stripe’s invoice page opens in a new tab.
  2. On that page, choose Download invoice (or Download receipt for a paid invoice).

An Open invoice can also be paid from that page.

What the PDF contains

Each invoice PDF includes:

  • Your name and billing address (as they were when the invoice was issued).
  • The Structura business entity’s address and tax ID.
  • Line items (plan, period covered, pro-rations).
  • VAT / sales tax breakdown (where applicable).
  • Total charged.
  • Invoice number and date.

This is a finished invoice, not a receipt — accountants and expense tools accept it directly.

If an invoice is missing

It usually takes a few minutes between a successful charge and the invoice appearing. If it’s been more than an hour:

  • Reload the Billing page.
  • Check that the charge actually succeeded (the Billing page shows Your payment needs attention when it didn’t).
  • Contact support with the approximate date and amount.

Forwarding to your accountant

Two options:

  • Download and forward — download the PDF and email/upload to your accountant. Most common.
  • Invoice email — Stripe sends every new invoice to the invoice email in your billing details. Set it with Edit billing details on the Billing page. It doesn’t have to be the email you sign in with.

Changing billing details that appear on invoices

Click Edit billing details on the Billing page to change the name, invoice email, address and (where required) VAT / tax ID on Stripe’s page. These details are shared by every workspace your Stripe billing account pays for. Changes affect future invoices only; past invoices are immutable once issued, per standard accounting practice.

If a past invoice has an error you need fixed for filing, contact support — we can reissue in specific cases (wrong VAT ID, wrong entity name) but not routinely.

Refunds

Refunds don’t appear as rows in Invoice history; the original invoice stays as it was. To ask for a refund, contact support with the invoice number.
