Agency — managing multiple sites

The Agency grid is for operators running multiple WordPress sites under one bill. Pick BYOK or Cloud based on how you want to handle AI. The dedicated multi-site management surface (consolidated views, bulk operations, sub-accounts) is in active development; this page documents what works today and what’s coming.

How the Agency grid is different

Agencies use the same paid plans as everyone else (BYOK / Cloud), with:

  • Channels bundled. LinkedIn distribution is included on every paid plan — not a separate add-on.
  • Graduated volume pricing on Cloud. The per-site rate drops as your portfolio grows. BYOK stays flat per-site (you pay your AI provider directly, so there’s no AI cost for us to discount).
  • One Stripe bill. Per-site billing, but consolidated into one invoice each month regardless of how many sites you run.

Cloud volume brackets (per site per month, billed monthly):

1–4$49$149
5–9$43$131
10–24$37$112

Each rate applies to the sites in its bracket. With 6 sites on Cloud, 30 posts, you pay $49 for each of the first 4 sites and $43 for each of the other 2. Billed yearly, the rates are $39 / $34 / $30 (Cloud, 30 posts) and $119 / $105 / $90 (Cloud, 100 posts) per site per month. EUR prices are the same numbers.

What works today

Even without a dedicated agency surface, you can already operate multiple sites on any Agency-grid plan using the existing primitives:

  • One license, many activations. Each WordPress site activates the Structura plugin against the same license key. Per-site billing scales by activated sites; the volume brackets on Cloud lower the per-site rate as you add sites. See License keys & site activations.
  • Per-site channel connections. Channels are scoped to each activation, so different client sites can have different LinkedIn / Slack / Discord destinations without cross-posting.
  • One Stripe bill. Billing is by license, not per site — one invoice a month regardless of how many sites you run.
  • Team members with per-site access. Invite teammates to your workspace and choose which sites each of them can see (see below).

Team members and site access

On any paid plan you can invite teammates from the portal’s Members page. Each invitation carries a role — Admin, Editor, or Viewer — and, for Editors and Viewers, an optional site scope:

  • All sites (the default). The member sees every site in the workspace, including sites you connect later.
  • Limit to selected sites. The member only sees the sites you pick. Sites you connect later stay hidden until you grant them.

You can change a member’s site access at any time: on the Members page, select the access summary on their row (it reads All sites or, say, 2 of 7 sites) and adjust the selection. Owners and Admins always have access to every site — promoting a restricted member to Admin clears their restriction.

Structura emails a member whenever their access changes — a new role, a changed site selection, or removal from the workspace — so nothing about their account shifts silently.

Editors and Viewers see only the sites you grant them and the shared workspace library (Personas, Visual presets). The Members page — the full team roster with names and email addresses — is visible to Owners and Admins only.

What’s coming

Planned additions to the Agency surface (no firm date yet):

  • Consolidated Channels view — see every channel connected across every site on one page.
  • Consolidated Notices — see every workspace’s open notices on one page.
  • Bulk operations — connect a channel to every site at once, apply a setting globally.
  • Client handoff — transfer a single site activation to a different license owner without losing data.

In the meantime

If you’re running Structura for multiple clients today:

  • Use the portal’s Site activations page as your roster.
  • Use each site’s wp-admin for site-specific work (campaigns, channels, logs).
  • Document per-site settings in your own system (spreadsheet, Notion, etc.) until the consolidated views ship.

Switching from Individual to Agency

Individual and Agency are separate Stripe products — self-serve grid switching is on the roadmap. Until it ships, contact support and we’ll do the swap manually with proration.

Feedback wanted

The agency surface’s shape is being driven by what agencies actually do. If you run Structura for multiple clients, the fastest way to move specific features up the queue is to tell us about your workflow. See Contact support.
